About the Course

Outcome Focused Leadership: The Seven Keys to Improving Outcomes with Precision is a state approved professional development course designed for teachers, administrators and central office staff. This structured leadership learning experience is designed to strengthen the capacity of educators to improve student outcomes through disciplined, evidence-based leadership practices. This program equips educational leaders with a practical framework for diagnosing needs, building aligned teams, planning with precision, implementing with quality, monitoring progress, and sustaining improvement over time.

Participants will engage in a sequenced series of professional learning sessions aligned to the Seven Keys of Outcome Focused Leadership: Authentic Assessment, Team Building, Power of Planning, Quality Implementation, Measured Results, Celebrate or Regroup, and Trust the Process. Each session emphasizes direct application to the participant’s current leadership context and focuses on improving educator practice and student outcomes through focused leadership actions.
