About the Event
As schools prepare for year-end results, our 4-session fast-track Outcome Focused Leadership (OFL) Cohort equips participants with focused strategies to maximize student success. Ideal for K-12 Leaders: superintendents, assistant superintendents, curriculum leaders, and teachers.
The OFL sessions will assist particpants to:

Analyze mid-year data and apply “just in time” methods for a powerful finish to the school year.

Cultivate a culture that embraces and prioritizes student outcomes.

Engage in ongoing professional development tailored to the diverse needs of learners.

The sessions will take place virtually on Thursday evenings from 6pm - 7:30pm
